Bank of Baroda Clerk Exam Syllabus 2017

Bank of Baroda will conducts examination for Clerk posts for those who appeared Common Written Examination for Clerical cadre organized by IBPS. Candidates also fulfill all the details given by the management of Bank of Baroda in the official advertisement to apply this clerk post. Candidates’ pay band will be Rs.7,200 to 19,300  with HRA, DA, etc. for finally selected ones in this recruitment.

Graduate degree (any stream) from a affiliated University from India (or) it’s equivalent affiliated by Central Government. At least applicants must be 18 years old and should not exceed 28 years and concession will be there for reserved categories under the norms of Government of India. Candidates must read, write and speak English and should be proficient in MS-Office Basic Applications. Syllabus in the written examination will be given as follows.

1. Test of Reasoning (TR)

2. Test of English Language (EN)

3. Test of Numerical Ability (NA)

4. Test of General Awareness (GA)

5. Test of Computer Knowledge (CK)

Depending on the marks scored in IBPS exam and also marks scored in the written examination of Bank of Baroda, the management of this bank will call the candidates for the personal interview. Selection percentage of the candidates will be 1:4 (General Category) and 1:5 (Reserved Category) for the Personal Interview. Candidates’ attitude, communication level, personality, problem solving ability, knowledge/proficiency in over languages and etc. will be checked at personal interview. Accuracy of computer operations and ready to work anywhere in the State and etc. are the very important things needed to the organization from the candidate.

Candidate who could not qualify in the personal interview will not be consider for final selection and will be terminated from this recruitment process. The minimum percentage to qualify personal interview will be 40% (General Categories) and 35% (Reserved Categories).

It is detected that the management found any fake or suppressing information from the candidate, then those will be permanently terminated from the organization from this recruitment. Every applicant of reserved category must produce the certificates which stand to show those belongs to particular category and other wise they will be treated as general category and will not get any benefited decided for reserved ones. Persons with Disability also must produce the relevant certificates which support their sate and those must be affiliated by government officials.

At the time of interview, candidates must produce a No Objection Certificate given by their employer if they working in any government organizations and candidates will not allow for further stages if they could not produce it. Candidates will not be allowed for written examination if they have been carrying any electronic goods at the time of written examination. Selected candidates must prove that they are medically fit under the conditions of this organization to join into this job and this matter is subject to the Service & Conduct Rules of the Bank.
